The client wants to serve the food at 5:30 p.m., 
So my chef and his team come at 2 p.m. to start cooking for us.
and the food were ready about 5:40 p.m.
Our client's guest didn't have to wait because of a well plan and schedule job done by chef Tony Chua and our team.

Timing is everything, but that takes a highly experienced chef to ensure everything on time.
The canopy was setup on Saturday evening, and the catering starts preparing on Sunday afternoon according the function time and date.

When it comes to catering, you need experienced chef Tony Chua and event planner - Kent Lau.

Note: The last event I organized successfully was at Fourpoints hotel, Puchong.
